Please Note: Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company and track the claims for you. Please keep us updated with any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks, and any remaining balance will be your responsibility.
